Description - Title: Call Center Accounts Receivables Analyst

Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
* Receives inbound calls in high volume AR department and assists with AR related customer questions
*Assist in managing high volume AR department email boxes
* Escalates issues and difficult matters to appropriate department.
* Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks.
Position Requirements:
* High School Diploma
* At least 1 year prior call center experience needed
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Personal accountability
* Attention to detail
* Team player
* High sense of urgency
* High level of integrity
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience of Excel
* Time management skills
* Strong customer service

* Previous collections experience helpful
* This is a Monday – Friday position with working hours being 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. There can be flexibility on the start/end times as needed.
* This is a hybrid position. The team is working 40% of the week in the office and 60% at home.
