Job Description:
 
Experienced Senior Office 365 Exchange Migration Specialist with expertise in GCC High Azure, Office 365 Mobility, and Intune. This role is essential in planning, managing, and executing complex mailbox migrations from  Office 356 to Office 365 within the GCC High Azure framework. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Exchange Online, migration tools, security protocols, and compliance standards tailored to government and high-security environments.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Mailbox Migration Execution: Lead the end-to-end process for migrating mailboxes to Office 365 in GCC High Azure, including assessment, planning, configuration, and post-migration support.
• GCC High Azure Environment Management: Ensure compliance with high-security standards within the GCC High Azure environment throughout the migration lifecycle, including configuring appropriate policies and access controls.
• Office 365 Mobility Management: Deploy and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions with Microsoft Intune to ensure secure access to Office 365 mailboxes and resources across devices.
• Intune and Security Administration: Configure Intune policies to support secure device compliance, endpoint protection, and data integrity, especially during and after migration.
• Data Security and Compliance: Implement, monitor, and validate security and compliance protocols for migrating data to the Office 365 environment, adhering to DLP, GDPR, FedRAMP, and other relevant regulations.
• Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for migration issues, including email flow problems, data consistency, and synchronization issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
• Project Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive migration documentation, including project plans, progress reports, security configurations, and compliance records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, compliance officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth, secure, and compliant migration process.
• Knowledge Transfer and Training: Train team members on best practices for migrations, mailbox configurations, and security protocols in GCC High environments. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Office 365 Exchange administration and mailbox migration, with at least 2-3 years in GCC High Azure or government-regulated environments.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or certifications in migration tools and GCC High environments. 

Key Skills and Competencies: 

• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience in mailbox migration planning and execution to Office 365, with a focus on GCC High Azure environments.
• Proficiency in migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, Quest Migration Manager, Microsoft Migration tools) and strategies for seamless mailbox and data transfers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MDM, and mobile application management within a secure cloud framework.
• Security and Compliance:
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and experience ensuring data protection and regulatory alignment in migration projects.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues during and after migration, including synchronization, data integrity, and connectivity challenges.
• Communication:
• Excellent communication skills for documenting migration processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering training and updates to team members.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple migration projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful mailbox migrations. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating migration tasks, mailbox configurations, and security policy deployment.
• GCC High Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC High-specific configurations, including identity management, email flow configurations, and tenant settings.
• Cloud Security Tools: Experience with additional Azure security tools and monitoring services to support compliance and data protection in migrations.
