Job Title - Application Systems Technical Analyst - Senior
Description - Owns technical decisions as both visionary and hands-on doer, solving complex problems and coaching the team.
Collaborates with the Product Manager to align technical solutions with business goals and serves as the escalation point for design and development issues .
Provides advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams.
Provides assigned application solutions and set-ups that support the *** business processes.
Ability to appreciate/understand sales processes from opportunity to order and engage to recommend how best to align the business priorities associated to the technology/development.
Conducts analysis of potential solutions; diagrams and documents solutions.
Analyzes, evaluates applications and identifies gaps; provides technical direction and recommendations to improve application utilization.
Transfers application knowledge to the implementation team.
Participates in solution design; experienced in solution modeling.
Coaches less experienced team members on solution and documentation methodologies. Understands business and applications for consultation.
Champions the use of agile methodologies to reduce cost, improve processes and shorten time to deliver value.
Perform and document testing of new releases of the assigned applications.
Has responsibility for technical functional specifications for assigned projects.
Works with application supplier support and in-house support to fix software bugs and escalated issues.
Understands required integration with other applications - Financials, E-commerce, Leads resolution to gaps that involve multiple systems inconsistencies functionality globally and regionally.
Participates in regular project status reviews.
Supports the implementation readiness review process.
Implements remedial fixes and procedures for end users.
7+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
Experienced delivering using SAFe methodology ideal
100% Remote
Education: Bachelor's Degree - no specific field
Hours: 40/week
Role has potential to convert to full-time after review of performance and budget
Interview process: one on one with manager then panel interview if chosen for the 2nd round
