Job Title - Customer Support Engineering - 10
Description - Customer Support Engineer for Cordsets at the Rivian Assembly Plant
-Ford Chicago has the highest rate of issues for product coming out of RBE1. This is for a CSE at the Chicago Illinois assembly plant.
-This CSE will support the product by being the main point of contact for any issues that may occur.
-This CSE will support the product by testing any suspect parts found at the plant using the testing equipment and instructions provided to him by the RBE1 team.
-This CSE will support the *** manufacturing teams by communicating with them directly about any issues found.
-This CSE will help to set up any sorting activity that may be needed by local 3rd parties in the event of an issue.
-This CSE will need to be able to ship suspect parts to the *** manufacturer/RBE1 for deeper analysis when required.
-This CSE will need to be able to receive parts and material from the manufacturing team when required.
-This person would need to understand how to work with the customer face to face and protect ***’s best interest/protect confidential information that is shared during internal meetings.
-This may only be a part-time position, requiring 10hrs/week minimum.
-This is a Part-time position that only requires 10 hours/week minimum.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-No degree required, but preferred. ME or equivalent work experience.
-Someone with CSE experience and working directly with the customer at assembly plants

-Problem solving skills in order to assess any issues that may occur and help determine root causes and solutions with the support of the manufacturing team.
