Dear Employees,

Thank you for your patience as we are finalizing the best cost and plans for the year 2020 for Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA. V2Soft Open Enrollment information has been sent out. This year also all employees will be required to submit the plan selections for Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA online through ADP self-serve portal. If you do not have an ADP login, please make sure to register and create your account.

You have 4 days to submit your benefit enrollments. Please note that the end date of the enrollment period is 12/06/2020. The changes that you make to your benefit enrollments will take effect on 01/01/2021. Please review your options and costs carefully. You can make changes until the end of the enrollment period. Once the enrollment period has ended, your choices will be final until the next enrollment period or a qualifying life event occurs.

All Employees are required to participate to waive or to enroll the coverage. Please note that all employees already enrolled in current health care plan (Medical, Dental, Vision) and FSA plan must enroll again in ADP to continue benefits in 2021. Even if you would like to keep same plan, you MUST enroll again. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver.
